In November 2019 we travelled down to the Cotswolds, to a town called Burford, where Phil’s sister’s son Aaron was getting married to his girl Rachel. We stayed at the Bay Tree Hotel.
The wedding was held there too so not far to walk to the wedding π
It rained most of the time that we were there, but I took a little walk around before we left to go home in the morning. Burford is a small medieval town on the River Windrush, and often referred to as the ‘gateway’ to the Cotswolds. It’s very picturesque, though probably looks better on a sunny day!
A nice feature, FR. I have been to Burford many times, and stayed in a hotel not far from there years ago. The main street is packed with traffic during the summer peak though.
Best wishes, Pete.

Yes that doesn’t surprise me, not inclined to revisit, the roads were bad enough in November!

Lovely shots. I really like the grain and colour of the film you’re using.

Nice textures, seems (in its exoticnessto my eyes) a town from a tale. Negative film deals very well with overcast days : )

Burford is very pretty. It’s a shame you didn’t see it in better weather. It would have been wonderful on a crisp November morning.

It would have been nice, but the wedding was the main thing and at least it stayed dry for the outside photos. Cheers April.

My other one is to write an anthology of photographic stuff that interests me, from A-Z but that will take a long time, I’ll be posting it up letter by letter on the Universe blog.
